Titan OS is TodoBuild Group's proprietary project orchestration engine. It provides a real-time 'Digital Twin' of your build, integrating Lidar site maps, Square POS financial triggers, and automated scheduling forensics. You receive a unique 'Node Access Key' at project initiation.
We operate as an Institutional Orchestrator. Every Execution Partner (Subcontractor) is vetted through our 12-point quality protocol and registered within our Workforce Division. We oversee all forensic site inspections, but local-phase physical liability resides with the primary HIC-licensed partner.
Our master contracts are engineered for zero-defect institutional protection for both parties. While core structural clauses are immutable (to secure the project's fiduciary integrity), project-specific 'Scope Addendums' can be modularly adjusted via the Advisory legal portal.
Advisory LLC focuses on pre-construction forensics, zoning audits, and owner representation. Construction LLC focuses on the physical orchestration of the build. You can engage Advisory for a zoning study without committing to a full structural build.
We follow a 'Local-First' data residency policy. Sensitive PII and blueprints are stored on private infrastructure nodes in the Tri-State area. Cloud-synced data is mirrored strictly for remote L5 visibility using AES-256 GCM encryption.
It is our methodology for mid-build corrections using high-fidelity Lidar mapping. By overlaying original BIM models with daily site-mesh data, we identify deviations within 2mm accuracy before they manifest as critical path blockers.
