SERVICE.
This document establishes the institutional boundaries and fiduciary duties governing the TodoBuild Group ecosystem. By accessing Titan OS, you enter a grounded contract of orchestration and verity.
1. Institutional Framework
TodoBuild Group (the "Firm") operates as a multi-divisional General Contractor and Technology provider. All users engaging with our platform are bound by the Global Operating Disclosure.
"The Firm acts as an Institutional Orchestrator. All physical labor is delegated to vetted Execution Partners (Subcontractors) under supervised forensic logic. All legal notices must be served to our Institutional HQ: 825 Third Ave, Plaza District, Manhattan, NY."

2. Division Specifics
Construction LLC
Governed by the Master Construction Agreement (MCA). Includes physical safety protocols and site residency terms. All trades are Execution Partners.
Advisory LLC
Consulting-only nodes. Governed by Retainer Agreements. No physical delivery or warranty of construction is implied.
Technologies Inc.
SaaS license for Titan OS. Governed by Enterprise Software terms and uptime SLAs. Data residency is Tri-State mandatory.
Workforce
Labor allocation terms. Dispatched tradespeople operate under the Execution Shield protocol and are vetted for L3 clearance.
3. Titan OS Access Nodes
Access to certain project nodes within the TodoBuild ecosystem requires verified L3 - L5 clearance. The Firm reserves the right to terminate access to any digital portal if security protocols are breached or if fiscal misalignment occurs (SMA-03 Violation).
- Credential residency is strictly local-first.
- Automated session termination on forensic anomalies.
- Proprietary Lidar maps are classified as Trade Secrets.
4. Intellectual Property & Equity
All content, code, 3D models, site-mesh data, and architectural renders generated by TodoBuild Group remain the exclusive property of Technologies Inc. Customers receive a limited, revocable license to utilize these assets strictly for the maintenance and occupancy of the specific project node.
4.1 Spousal Consent & Buyout Clause
In compliance with TodoBuild Group S-Corp bylaws, any transfer of equity triggered by domestic or family court proceedings is subject to the **Forced Buyout** provision. The Firm maintains the primary right to reacquire shares at "Book Value" to preserve the integrity of Titan OS intellectual property.
6. Indemnification & Liability
TodoBuild Group Advisory LLC shall not be held liable for physical site incidents caused by independent Execution Partners. All physical liability is transferred to the Subcontractor holding the primary HIC license for the execution phase. The Firm acts strictly as an Orchestrator.
