At TodoBuild Group, privacy is an engineering requirement, not a policy. We treat project data as a physical asset that must be secured through cryptographic residency and Zero-Trust architecture.
1. Advanced Data Residency
TodoBuild Group implements a decentralized data storage model. All project PII (Personally Identifiable Information), blueprints, and financial records are cryptographically signed and stored within our private infrastructure nodes located strictly in the NYC/NJ Tri-State area for local residential projects.
Domestic Nodes
94.2% of project PII remains on primary NYC/NJ Tri-State infrastructure.
Sovereign Encryption
Data is sharded using SHA-256 protocols with customer-managed key capability (BYOK).
2. Zero-Trust Access Nodes
Access to the TodoBuild ecosystem (Titan OS) is governed by multi-factor identity verification. Each access request is evaluated for clearance triggers (L3-L5) and project-specific release authorizations.
3. Surveillance Transparency
Active project sites utilize IoT sensors and computer vision strictly for safety and OSHA compliance. This data is processed locally on our Site-Mesh hardware.
Safety-First Policy
Face-recognition is strictly disabled. We track 'occupancy nodes' and hazard vectors only. Data is purged 30 days post-inspection unless a litigation hold is active.
4. Portability & Rights
Institutional clients have the Right to Portability. Upon project closure and final release, all Digital Twin data can be exported to standard BIM/IFC formats and transferred to the owner's private server node, terminating TodoBuild residency.
